What our clients are saying:

Incredible Dealership and Service Center Recently purchased a Mercedes SL550 through Dallas Auto Center. Working with the sales team was quite refreshing, there was none of the typical pressure sales tactics you deal with. The relaxed atmosphere along with the teams knowledge about their vehicles made for a great experience. Several weeks after the purchase the car ... would not shift from park to drive. (Turns out this is a typical issue with Mercedes). Called Dallas Auto Center who asked me to bring the car in for them to inspect. Several days later (part had to be delivered) they called and said the car was ready. Walking into the showroom I was immediately recognized an told they were pulling the car around for me. Handing me the keys I was told the gearbox had been replaced, I was a bit confused and asked how much I owed for the service, I was told to not worry about it... Was a very odd but awesome experience. I've never experienced this level of service before, going forward I will go through them when looking for future vehicles.
